Do we have to use a caterer from your list or can we bring in our own?
St. Cecilia Music Center has exclusive contracts with each of the approved caterers, which guarantee that our clients will select only from our preferred list and will not bring in an outside vendor. This is not only beneficial to us but also to our clients. Having a select group of caterers that work in our facility provides you with a smoothly executed event. Our caterers are very knowledgeable about the building and familiar with their surroundings when catering for your special occasion. This also helps ensure adequate preservation of our historic facility.

Is AV Equipment available such as projectors, screens, speakers etc.?
St. Cecilia Music Center does not supply AV Equipment. For a list of AV equipment rental companies please contact the event and facility manager. Many of our clients are now inquiring about using their iPod during their reception instead of hiring a DJ service. We do not have any restrictions against this, however, please be aware that you will need to provide the audio cable to hook your iPod up to our sound system as well as any additional monitors in order to maximize the sound for your event.
Are we allowed to use the pianos?
